The World Unseen
When people think of divers they do not typically think of the word cyborg. People need to use tools, however, to breathe, maneuver and explore the oceans of the world. Many fictional works have explored the idea of technology, humans and the ocean. Some big movies that have inspired, and been inspired by, current ocean technology are Finding Nemo, The Abyss, Aliens of the Deep, and The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (IMDB). Many mainstream books, such as Shadow Divers (BN) have also brought forth to the general public that which is not always known about underwater diving.
